MOTOR-CYCLIST'S FATAL FALL

DARGAVILLE, This Day. A single man, Leslie Adams,, aged 25, occupied as a carpenter, while riding a motor-cycle from Dargaville to'his home at Tekopuru yesterday afternoon, met with an accident which proved fatal later in the evening. He was riding along the asphalt road at a fairly fast pace, when the motor-cycle ran into a rut at the side of the road and became out of control, throwing the rider heavily to the ground, with the cycle on top of him. Two telegraph linesmen working near rushed to his assistance, and found him severely injured. At; the Tekopuru Hospital it was found that he had sustained serious injuries to the heiKl. He did not regain consciousness, and died half an hour after being admitted. '.
