A "BONE-DRY" CANADA POSSIBLE.

OTTAWA, 10th November.
The Peace session of Parliament has adjourned. It ratified the acquisition of the Grand Trunk railway by the Government, and passed the Prohibition Act making a "bone-dry" Canada possible on the initiative of the Provincial Legislatures.
