LODGE MEETINGS
The weekly session of the Sunbeam Juvenile Temple was held at the Rechabito Hall, Manners-street. The C.T., Sis. E. 11. Elliott, assisted by the superintendent, presided. A visitor from Hastings was accorded a veTy hearty ■welcome. Several members ■ were reported sick. The superintendent, Bro. Trevithick, gave a report of his visit to the Ever Faithful Temple, of Petone, which unfortunately showed a severe decline in membership. The conditions under which tho medal presented t>y Bro. Hampton, of Christchurch, is to bo Avon wero explained. A further series of the items competition was then proceeded with. The following -were the contributors: Sistors I. and P. Sanson, M. Sales, V. Millar, T. Sales, C. Millar, E. H. Elliott, M. Spencer, D. Campbell, and D. Larwood. At next -week's meeting the election of officers for the ensuing quarter \vill-take place.
