LONDON, 23rd July. iA German official report states : Sunday's fighting resulted in the complete success of the Germans. Enemy attacks sonth-west of Soissons and southwest of Hartennes broke down. We threw back the enemy north of Ville Montoire, and -we defeated an assault astride of Oulchy-le-Chateau.
