The vivacious Billy Burke is allotted a part suited to her gifts in "The Land of Promise," which continues to draw Urge attendances at the Paramount Theatre. Nora has been trained as a lady's companion, and on going to a country district in Canada, she finds herself quite out of her element. She marries a settler for the sake of a home, but ultimately love comes to the home. The supporting pictures are excellent..
