MAGISTRATE'S COURT
At to-days sitting of the Magistrate's 7, rV Mr- c S' E' M'C»Hhy, S.M.. dealt with four first-offending inebriates'™ the usual way. A remand for one week was granted in the case of Charles Henry beorge, charged with being an idle and disorderly person, with insufficient lawlul means of support. _0n the application of Chief Detective Bodrfam, Victor Kallinikos, who is charged with indecently assaulting a female, was remanded "till Wednesday next. Bail was allowed in accused's own bond of £100 and two sureties of £50 each. Mr H. F. O'Leary appeared for the accused.
Four charges of indecently assaulting males were preferred against John blines, who was also remanded till Wednesday. Bail was not asked for.
