conscience and honour. In view of the Government's attitude to the Stockholm Conference, the decisions of France and Britain cannot modify its policy concern, ing the treaties. The conference is a party affair and not a Government one.. At the same time, the Government aims at facilitating the' holding of the conference with Socialist parties in participation.
