SPRAYING THE STREETS
DISINFECTANT TO BE USED,
In order to lessen the possibility of infection by medium of street dust, the City Engineer's Department has decided to mix a small proportion of disinfectant with the Avater used for street spraying purposes. Children very often delight in running behind the water carts, soaking themselves or attempting to drink the water. It is desirable that teachers and parents 'should Avarn the youngsters strongly against this practice while the present health measures are being carried out.
