ENVOYS REPORTED TO HAVE GONE TO SWITZERLAND

A semi-official message quotes a London telegram to the Italian paper Corriere Delia Sera, stating that Talaat Bey (Minister for the Interior), on behalf of the Committee of Union and Progress, has tAvice taken the initiative, in view of peace negotiations
It is reported that two envoys have been sent to Switzerland for that purpose.

ATHENS, sth March. A significant but unconfirmed rumour states that the Turks are removing the mines from the Dardanelles.
