RECRUITING IN AUCKLAND

AUCKLAND, sth March.
A recruiting campaign was opened last night in a booth which has been erected in Queen-street, where men can be examined and accepted for serviceSpeeches were delivered by the .Mayor and others, and as a result 66 men camo forward, 42 being accepted.
