GERMANS BUILDING NEW RAILWAY
BETWEEN AIX-LA-CHAPELLE AND BRUSSELS. AMSTERDAM, 21st Septembei. The Germans are vigorously pushing forward a new railway, night and day, between Aix-la-Chapelle and Brussels, via. Vise. It is a practically straight line, regardless of private property and natural obstacles. ZEPPELINS BEING REMOVED. AMSTERDAM, 21st September. The Oermans are removing Zeppelins from Brussels owing to airmen bombarding the Berche shed and the destruction of Evere. RESTORING THE WASTAGE OF WAR encouraginglThe young to MARRY. COPENHAGEN, 21st September. With a view to encouraging the young to get married, the Prussian Government is relaoring the- regulations relating to girls under the age of sixten years. These need not obtain permission of the Minister for Justice, but only a magistrate's ceitificate. Many such marriages are considered ,to be of the greatest importance, U* l-wiorc Uio wMtase of war.
