MIRAMAR GOLF CLUB
Under the auspices of the Miramar Golf Club a medal handicap was played on Saturday. The proceeds, amounting to £2 3s, have been devoted to tha Wounded Soldiers Fund. The competition was won by C. H. Mirams, the best cards being: — C. H. Mirams, 95—20, 75; R. D. Kelly, 84—8, 76; L. S. Thompson, 91 — 14, 77; N. M. Chesney, 87—9, 78; W. E. Spencer, 90— 12, 78; R. L. D. Kidston, 79— scr., 79; R, P. Ward, 84—5, 79; W. B. Fussell, 88—9 79. The competition for the club's Belgian Fund, for a trophy given by Mr. A. Duncan, resulted as under: — W. E. H. Mackenzie (8), 2 up; S. R. Hornabrook (11), 2 up; R. L. D. Kidston (scr.), 1 up • R. p. Ward (4), 1 up : A. Woon (4), 1 up.
