DUNEDIN CRIMINAL SESSIONS
(BT TELEGRAPH.— PUBSS ASSOCIATION.) 1 DUNEDIN, 15th May. In the Sjupreme Court this morning, Thomas Frederick Sutor was found guilty on two counts as to obtaining credit to the amount of £16 2s 6d by fraud from the New Zealand Clothing Factory, and obtaining a bicycle from Cooko and Howlison. The jury returned a verdict of not guilty N on the count of false pretences. Further indictments on / two couats against Hm accused are proceeding.
