RELIEF OF FRENCHMEN IN MARRAKESH

Native couriers arriving at Casablanca report that General Mangin's force relieved the Frenchmen shut in Marrakesh, after fierce fighting. It is stated that El Hibai the Pretender, fled. CONFIRMATORY REPORT. (Received September 10, 10.20 a.m.) PARIS, 9th September. General Mangin has telegraphed from Marrakesh confirming the report of the safety of the prisoners and of El Hiba's flight.
