RELATING TO ILI
By Telegraph.— Proas Association.— Copyright. ST. PETERSBURG, 9th September. The Russo-China Treaty prolonged for a decade, as cabled yesterday, is the Treaty of 1881, relating to Ili, Western China, on the Russian frontier. [It was_ stated yesterday that the Russian Minister at Pekin had intimated that, owing to China ignoring the proposals to revive the Treaty, Russia^ in accordance with article 15, had decided that the treaty should continue for ten years more.]
