MEXICAN REBELS
TRAFFIC COMMUNICATION CUT. AMERICANS IN DANGER. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright NEW YORK, 9th September. Mexican rebels have cut all traffic communication between Naco, Cananea, and Sonora, where 500 Americans reside. A train ai rived at Naco with 500 rifles and 150,000 rounds of ammunition from the United States Government, but the Mexicans derailed the engine and prevented the arms from reaching Cananea. They allowed a carriage to coast on a down grade back to Arizona, carrying passengers. Six bridges were burnt. Americans are in much danger in many places, and the Mexican threat to attack Cananea is taken seriously.
