- ■' O ■ APPOINTMENTS. By Teleeraph.— Press Association.— Copyright, (Received May 20, 9 a.m.) LONDON, 19th May. Captain Godfrey M. Paine has been appointed Commandant of tho Naval and Military Flying School at Aldershot. Lieutenant Samson will be Commandant of the naval wing of the flying corps, and Captain Sykes of the military wing. [Capain Paine, of tho frigate Actaeon, secured an aviator's certificate after only four days' flying.]
