KAKARIKI SAVAGE CLUB
Notwithstanding the inclement weather prevailing on Friday evening, the 1912 seßsion of the Savages of the Miramar Peninsula was inaugurated with enthusi* asm on that date. Officers were elected as follow : President, H. A. Smith ,' vicepresidents, W. H. Green, ccii., J. Stevens, J. L. Mackie, E. E. Bennett, J. Aekin, C. Cuming, and A. E. Mabin ; chief savage, E. C. p. Midlane ; committee, H. E. Richards, C. Haigh, A. Henderson, L. N. Taylor, C Cuming, 13. Henderson, C. Stitchbury, V. Do Rose, and F. Wariug ; fcecreta-rv, W. A. Berry ; assistant secretary, 0. H. Green i treasurer, E. B. Vance; mudcaJ director, C. Haigh. An enjoyable programme was contributed to by the following : Messrs. J. Green, E. ,C. U. Midlane. Ay Henderson, C. C lulling, J. L.
