MOUNT COOK GIRLS' SCHOOL
The "breaking-up" ceremony at the Mount Cook Girls' School took place on Wednesday .last. Mrs. T] GiU presented medals given by. the headmistress (Miss E. Helyer) to Helen Andrews, dux. who has attended for five years without being absent^and to Elsie Turner and Mabel Leslie (four years' full attendance). Miss M'lntosh's prize for the best girl in the cooking class, went to Albertina Palmer. On behalf of Standard VI. Helen Andrews presented, Miss Halley with a silver jewel case..
