DECLARATION OF DIVIDENDS. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. (Received October 29, 0.15 p.m.) LONDON, 28th October. W. and A. M'Arthur and Co. have declared a dividend of 5£ per cent, on the preference shares. The report of the Henry Bull Company shows a credit for the year of £33,186. A dividend of 10 per cent, is declared ; £17,486 is carried forward.
