JUDGMENT REVERSED. . A FURTHER APPEAL ENTERED. ,By Teleerapn.— Press Association.— Copyright. LONDON, 22nd December. In May last, after a hearing lasting thirty-three days, and involving legal expenses amounting to £70,000, the King's Bench Division awarded Mr. Isidore Wyler and the Ibo and Nyassa Land Corporation £62,472 damages against Messrs. Lewis and Marks and other members of the corporation, except Sir Robert Edgecumbe, for alleged conspiracy, causing the loss of concessions estimated lo be worth a quarter of a million. Mr. Weatherley, another member of the corporation, was earlier dismissed from the cape. An appeal was entered, and the Court of Appeal has now, after hearing argument lasting fifty days, reversed the judgment. A stay of execution has been granted in view of an appeal to the Privy Council.
