DALGETY AND CO., LTD. INCREASE OF CAPITAL.
By Telegraph.— Press Association.— CopyrigW (Received December 23, 8 a.m.) LONDON, 22nd December. At a special general meeting of Da!« gety and Company, Ltd., 1 Mr. E. T. Doxat presiding, it was unanimously, agreed to increase the capital of tho company by £1,000,000 by the creation of new £10 5 per cent, preference shares. The present capital of the company ia £4,000,000— in 200,000 shares of £20 each ; £5 called up.
