SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHERS.
Tho quarterly convention of Primitive Methodist Sunday-school teachers and officers was held in the Sydneystreet Church last evening, when representatives of the various city and suburban schools were present. The chair was occupied by tho Rev. B. Metson. The quarterly reports showed fyhat the work of the schools is progressing satisfactorily, and the aims of the organisation are being realised. The topic for the evening was "Sunday-school Equipment," and on this subject Mr. Win. Gray, dI.A., B.Sc, principal of the Wellington Training College, delivered an address. The accessories of successful Bible-teaching were clearly demonstratrd,' and the' fundamental principles of instruction of the child-mind were explained. A short discussion followed the address, during which the hearty thanks of the gathering were expressed to Mr. Gray by the Revs. C. E. Ward and J. Dawson.
