The steel barque Marjory Glen, now 99 days out from London, is expected in Wellington shortly. According to the local agents, Messrs. Levin and' Co., tho vessel lias a general cargo, of which 1117 tons are for Wellington. In addition to this, 137 tons will be discharged here for transhipment. Her Dunedin cargo consists of 564 tons. THE HINEMOA'S' MOVEMENTS. The Government steamer Hinemoa, now on a visit of inspection to the northern lighthouses, arrived at Poutu, Kaipata harbour, this morning. It will be a couple of weeks yet before she arrives back in Welliugton. JOSEPH SIMS. The schooner Joseph Sims had a smart rundown the coast. She left tjhe Kaipara at 3 o'clock on Saturday afternoon, and dropped anchor in the 1 stream at 7 o'clock last evening. This morning she was berthed at the Wool Wharf where she is now -discharging 7/,OoOft of kauri timber for Messrs. Prouse Bros., Wellington. WESTPORT BAR. t Heavy weather was still raging on tbe Westport bar to-day. Neither the Arahura nor the Kamona were able 'to leave last night According to advice received by the Union Company the Arahura was to have got away from Westport at noon to-day for Greymouth, but it was doubtful whether the Kamona for Wellington would be able to sail at all to-day. DEN OP RUTHVEN.. The Den of Ruthven, of the New ZealandCanadian line, sailed for Westport at 7.5 o clock this morning to load 2300 tons of coal. During her stay here she shipped 250 tons of fertiliser for Honolulu. From Westpoit she goes to Suva, Honolulu, and Vancouver. The coastal steamer Alexander is due in Wellington from Greymouth on Friday with timber for various consignees. The Fifeshire is expected to leave Lyttelton to-night for Waitara. # To-morrow the Blenheim trader Waihi, now m Wellington, goes on the Patent Slip for her annual inspection and overhaul.
