YOUNG WOMAN PLEADS GUILTY. fBY TELEGRAPH. — PHT.SS ASSOCIATION.] WOODVILLE, This Day. A young woman named Matilda. M'Lellau was charged this morning >at 'tho Stipendiary Magistrate's Court with cattle-stealing at Kumcroa. Tho girl, wien arrested; said she bought the cattle frem a man on the road for 30s each and drove them to Pahiatua, where bhe 3o'.d them for 50s each. She withdrew the statement as to buying the caltle fiom a man, and pleaded guilty. She was committed for sentence at the Supremj Court, Wellington, on the 31st inst.
