WELSH COALFIELDS.
THE REPORTED GERMAN PURCHASE. [PRE9S ASSOCIATION.] (Received July 20, 8.37 a.m.) LONDON, 19th July. In the House of Common's, Mr. Ernest 'Pretyman, Secretary to the Admiralty, said the Welsh coalfield ia at present unsold, and it is extremely doubtful il the purchase by the German syndicate will be completed.
