The Petono Council's offer of grounds wn# accepted. The Petono Workshops' employees were granted a ground for Easter on tho iwual terms. An application from an Upper Hutt club for affiliation was held over pending enquiries regarding grounds. The Hardware Club was granted a ground, and permission to pluv its annual match with tho Chrielchurcli Hardware Club. Permiasiii!i was granted the Poncke Club to piny nfc Napier, and the Selwyn Club to play at Pahiatua, subject to the union's approval of the nun«gor. The Oriental Club was granted a ground for JCaster Saturday, on ■which to play the Institute (Pahiierston) Olub. A number of clubs forwarded applications for entries in the chninuionehips.
