Sir— Aro tho residents of South Wellington awnre that- a brick kiln is about to be erected on tho section adjoining tho South Wellington School? 1 presume they aro ignorant of tho fact ; otherwise they would surely have risen in arms to protect the health of their children, to say nothing of tho damage which will inevitably come to their properties. — I am, etc., WATCH - DOG Wellington, Bth September, 1904.
