THE DEBENTURE - HOLDERS' DESIRE FOR A RECEIVER. j His Honour the Chief Justice sat in his private room this morning in connection with the application of the debenture-holders for the appointment of a Receiver. After some discussion on the subject the matter was adjourned till Tuesday next, his Honour having to attend to the criminal sittings of the Court to-day. Sir Robert Stout aud Mr. Quick appeared for the debentureholders. Dr. Fiudlav for the company, and Mr. Bell for tho Crown.
