A conference of the two Houses amended the Senate's amendments in the "War Revenue Dill, reducing the silver coinage to I.GOCOOOdoI (£:}00,(JOO). The monthly bond ifsue has been fixed at 400,000,000d0l (£80,000,000), while the clause increasing the tonnage dues has been omitted.
