(PRESS ASSOCIATION.! (Rocehed November 21, noon.) Melbourne, This Day. At, the inquest on tho body of Short, the bank manager at Sale, who murdered his children and then committed suicide, evidence was given that Short had been strange in hia manner for some time. A verdict was arrived at that tho deed waa coinmittod while he waa temporarily insane. Mrs. Short ia progressing favourably.
