|Bt Trliobaph.] [united peebs association.! Tisiaru, This Dat. Very heavy rain fell in this district last night. The train from Fairlie Creek, which was snowed up there yesterday morning, managed to get away this morning, the 15 inches having thawed down to 4. The thaw and rain together have flooded all tho lowlying places. After being delayed at ceveral point*, the train was finally stack up on tho Levels Plains after passing Pleasant Point, and bad to return there owing to the water being over the line.
