GREAT MUSICAL FESTIVAL.

It has been decided to hold a musical festival in the spring on the model of the English provincial festivals. A picked band and chorus of two hundred voices, with Mr Parker as director, will bo chosen, and a guarantee list is in circulation. The expense is estimated at £150.
