The passenger accommodation is replete with every modern convenience, and the dietary scale such as will sustain tho well earned reputation of the Company. _ The homeward route will be via the Straits of Magellan (if weather permits), and the time occupied is not expected to exceed 45 days. Tuepin, Commander, 4200 tons register, 4000 horse-power, will be despatched from WELLINGTON on or übout 29th May. , She has been specially built for the New Zealand trade by Messrs John Elder and Sons, of Glasgow, a firm famous for turning out tho fastest boats of the age. No expense has been spared in rendering her passenger accommodation equal to that of any steamer afloat. Lithographio plans of her various saloons, &c, can be seen at the Company's offices. It is intended, weather permitting, that Bhe shall go through tho Straits of Magellan and call at the beautiful harbor of Rio de Janeiro. ~,,,■,• 4. The saloon and state cabins are superbly fitted and arranged and provided with every requisite for the comfort ef the passengers, -who are provided with bedding and all cabin fittings. The dietary scale is most liberal. Second-class and steerage accommodation is all that could be desired, and the ships are commanded by experienced masters. The Company also charters ships of the highest class as required, and vessels are despatched from London to each of the principal porta of the colony with strict punctuality every month. The Company has also ships loading homoward from New Zealand. LIVERPOOL AGENCY. A Branch has been established in Liverpool, and vessels ■will be despatched at suitable intervals to the principals ports in New Zealand. NEW YORK AGENCY. Messrs R. W.
