UNPARALLELED SUCCESS. REDUCTION IN PRICE. TVTESSRS. GIBSON & MITCHELL have to return thanks to an appreciating Public for the immense patronage bestowed upon their PATENT BOASTED COFFEE. The universal repute which this article has gained amongst ail classes of the community, and the liberal encouragement held out by the rapidly increasing sale, have induced the Proprietors to laj in a heavy stock of the very best RAW MATERIAL. This they have been enabled to do at a low figure, — and being 1 anxious to meet the wishes of "the many" who are so rapidly acquiring a taste for the delicious beverage prepared from the Coffee by the Patent Roaster, and to put it within the reach of every one, they announce the present REDUCTION IN PRICE. The liberal support of the Public having yielded the "quick returns," the Proprietors shall be contented with the " small profits," trusting to a continuance- of past favours, which they shall use every endeavour to merit by the careful preparation of this FAVOURITE ARTICLE, which can be had fresh roasted and ground daily, at Is. 4d. per ft). After which, Lot 6. A very Excellent new four r wheel Phaeton, I Lined and Painted in a superior manner ; i and can be drawn with one or two Horses, it having a Shaft as well as Pole. Lots 3 and 4 have been accustomed to be driven together in the Phaeton. Lot 7. A new Plough and Harrow, with Chains, &c, complete. As the Proprietor and the Auctioneer anticipate a large attendance of Farmers and Settlers, a Lunch will be provided.
