TO WARN CHILDREN. In connection with recent street disturbances, the Mayor (Me. .1. I', Luke) has addressed the following letter to headmasters of schools ill Wellington:— "I respectfully invite, your hiiard to request the headmaste-s of .the several schools to urge tho scholars not to loiter in tho streets during the industrial tiouble.
