■July 8. — Competition for merine '■ greasies is keen at current rate?. July 9. — The sales continue spirited. Prices firm, and nearly all sorts offered sold. Juiy 11. — Only inferior selections offered, and the proceedings were quiet. ' Tekoa ' scoured brought Is 3£d. July 12. The quantity catalogued to date is 134,122 bales, of ivhich 423,480 were sold. The sales close on the 24th. The tone generally is animated, and prices firm. 1 July 13. — Competition very brisk, and the highest prices were realised.
