About 1500 ACRES of the property consists of flats and low downs which have been cultivated, and grows good crops of turnips, including swedes, rape, and oats and the balance of the property is tussock hills, a large portion of which is limestone formation carrying a good sole of cocksfoot, crested dogstail, white clover, and other grasses.
