THREE BILLS PASSED
[From Our Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON. December 3. Three bills were passed in the House of Representatives to-day. These were the Sea Carriage of Goods Bill, the Agricultural Emergency Powers Regulations Confirmation Bill, and the Mokau Harbour BilL The evening sitting was devoted to a discussion on the report of the Marketing Department, and the House rose at 11.52 p.m.
