GIRL PAT TRIAL
♦ SEAMEN CHARGED WITH THEFT OF TRAWLER LONDON, September 10. In opening the Girl Pat* case against the Orsborne brothers, who are charged with the theft of the trawler, evidence was given on behalf of the owners, the Marstrand Shipping Company, that Captain G. B. Orsborne had been instructed to fish in the North Sea. The case was adjourned. The prosecutor announced that James Orsborne had nothing to do with the ship or the crew. He was actually a stowaway.
