The financial editor of the “Daily Mail” - says that Australian stocks, which have been comparatively firm on the market for some time, attracted further attention because of the budget. The financial editor of the “Daily Telegraph” says that Australia is fully entitled to claim credit for extricating herself from the crisis by vigorous efforts.
