Mexico, 080 kilocycles, 5000 watts; 2CA, Canberra, 1050 kilocycles, 500 watts, 7 p.m.; 4GR, Toowoomba, 1000 kilocycles, 500 watts, 11 p.m.; 3HS, Horsham, 1370 kilocycles, 50 watts, 9 p.m.
EAQ, Madrid, Spain, 30.43 metres, 9860 kilocycles, 20,000 watts, has an English news session from 2.10 p.m., closing at 2.30 p.m.; COCQ. Havana, Cuba, 30.7 metres, &739 kilocycles, has been heard at 4 p.m.; W2XAF, Schenectady, New York, 31.48 metres, 9530 kilocycles, 40,000 watts, at 4.30 p.m.; Berlin, Germany, 19.63 metres. 15,280 kilocycles, 5000 watts, at 6.30 p.m., with an English news session.
The Christchurch branch of the association will hold its next meeting on Wednesday in Charles Begg and Company's recital room (entrance in Bedford row), at 8 p.m.
