SPECIAL EXHIBITS
INNOVATION AT MUSEUM To draw attention to special exhibit;; of interest in the Canterbury Museum's collection, the curator (Professor R. Speight) has arranged for a weekly display of single special objects. The first of these exhibits will be shown next week. These exhibits, which will be shown in a special case near the entrance of the mammal room, will be selected either from the general collection or from collections which for various reasons cannot be exhibited constantly. Some of the objects in the museum, because they are likely to fade if constantly exp'osed to the light, cannot be placed on view all the time, but they can be shown for a week. It is not intended to display recent acquisitions, for which provision is already made.
