Important developments are expected in connexion with wireless communication. ' Senator Marconi is completing, experiments directed # towards '• tha simultaneous transmission • of ' telephony and telegraphy '. by a trans-Atlantic beam apparatus, • which, operates two high-speed *' tele* graph circuits simultaneously and one duplex telephone' circuit with tha 'same transmitter aerial and one wavelength for all three circuits. The date of the installation will be settled after discussion with the Post Office.'
