At the Leichbardt Stadium, Lachie McDonald (list „2ilb) y knocked out Fred Brock (lOst 121b) in the tenth round of a fifteen-rounds contest McDonald dropped Brock twice for nine and once for six in the second round, the bell saving him. Thereafter McDonald had matters in his own hands and punished his opponent severely before, in the tenth round, dropping liim with a heavy left to the jaw, the referee stopping the contest and declaring McDonald the winner.— Australian Press.
