A slight low pressure wave was crossing the Dominion during the afternoon. Present indications are for west and southwest windß, strong in the far eouth but moderate elsewhere; rough seas on the southern coastline, otherwise smooth to moderate; moderate to strong southwesterly winds in the eastern Tasman Sea, with moderate seas in the northern portion and rather rough in the southern; isolated sboweTS in the western districts and parts
