[THE PRESS Special Service.] WELLINGTON, May 22. The twenty-second annual meeting o. Wright, Stephenson and Co., Ltd., was hold to-day in the presence of a large number of shareholders. The profit and 1033 account, including £53,464 16s, brought forward from last year, showed a credit balance of £68,606 16s 6d. A dividend of 7 per cent, on the ordinary slareß was declared and the fixed payment to preference shareholders was adopted, leaving a balance of £34,072 19s to be carried forward. Messrs J. T.
