The Court agreed to hear tho application of the plamtiila lor icavo to appeal to the Privy Council. [Tho plaintiffs claimed £50,000 far alleged illegal detention of the two steamers. °lt was stated that after the vessels hod been requisitioned, the Commonwealth Shipping Bond, despite tho owners' objections, handed UMj vessels over to the Scott Fell Company who hired'them out to the Broken Hill Pro(Mkij Comcinj^
