At tho monthly meeting of tho Council of tho New Zealand Go if Association, a lengthy letter was received from tho Auckland Golf Club, setting out exactly what thev purpose doing in order to complete a bunkering scheme before tho championship meeting. The letter was considered quito satisfactory by the council. ] t was resolved to ho*d tho next profes-sion-Tin' tourney at Nelson on Thursday, .Friday, and Saturday, April 24th, 25th, and 26tb, being tho end of tho week following Uasler Monday. The Nelson Golf Club offers to find £SO for prizo money for the three days' tournament, and the Association will provide not less than £IOO in addition.
