ACID CAUSES INDIGESTION.
\ n unpleasant fooling of fulness aftor meals, a flushed face, heartburn and wind are all readily recognised symptoms of indigestion and dysponan lout verv few people realise that the direct cause of all these troubles is excess or acid in the stomach. To prevent food fermentation ana overcome this harmful acid thcro is nothing finer than half a teaspoonful of bisurated magnesia taken in a iittlo warm or c-old water directly after each meal, and if more people would only uso this simple home remedy instead of drugs there would soon be no more indigestion. Be sure, however, to get bisurated magnesia, as ordinary forms arc often unsuitable for this purpose. 587
